Help center
Clear answers for the parent holding the art pile.
We are not open. Everdoodle will help parents photograph, organize, and prepare children's artwork for keepsake books. If an answer is not here, send a note and we will reply by email.
Getting started
Setup is for the parent, not the child. We are not open to families yet.
How do I sign in?+
Everdoodle is not open to families yet. When it is, you sign in with the parent email and password on the account. Join the launch list and we will tell you when that starts.
Does my child need an account?+
No. Everdoodle is for parents and guardians. We do not create child logins, child profiles, or child-facing messages.
What is Everdoodle for?+
Everdoodle helps you organize photographed artwork and prepare keepsake books. It is not an educational, medical, or developmental assessment.
Can I do more than one child?+
The parent holds the only account. More than one child's art can live in that archive. Children never get a login.
Do I need an app?+
No app to install. When we open, you use the website on your phone.
Uploading art
When we open, a clear phone photo is enough. There is no public upload today.
How do I add artwork?+
Not yet. We are not open. When we are, you photograph the piece at home and upload it from the parent account on your phone. Join the launch list.
What makes a good photo?+
Lay the art flat, use even light, and keep the full page in frame. Avoid shadows from your phone or hand when you can.
Why does Everdoodle say a photo is too soft to print?+
Keepsake books need a clear photo so the art stays sharp on paper. If a piece looks soft on screen for print, move closer and retake, or pick a sharper photo from your camera roll. Cover art, framed prints, and very soft pages are blocked before Create starts. Some interior pages may only show a yellow warning that they may print a little soft. You can still make the book, or retake for a sharper page.
Is uploaded art reviewed before it is used?+
Yes. A real person checks each piece before it can go into a book. We are not open for family uploads yet.
Your books
Books are keepsakes made from selected artwork, with parent control over what belongs.
Can I choose what goes into a book?+
Yes. When we open, your archive is the source, and book preparation uses selected artwork from that archive. You stay in control of what belongs in your family's keepsake.
Does Everdoodle change my child's art?+
We may enhance the photo for a clean print. We never change the drawing or judge the art.
Are books available to order right now?+
No. Nothing is for sale, and there is no public archive to use yet. Join the launch list. When we open, you will see the cost before you pay.
Your account & data
When we open, the parent account is the control point for your family archive.
Can I export my data?+
When the product opens, you will be able to export the archive from the parent account. That is not available on this public site.
Can I delete my data?+
When the product opens, you will be able to delete the archive from the parent account. That is not available on this public site. If you need help later, use the contact form with the parent email.
Who can access my archive?+
The parent is the only account holder. A share path, if we offer one, will be something the parent starts. Not live.
Can a grandparent buy or get a book?+
The parent is the account holder. A grandparent path, if we offer one, will be something the parent starts. Not live.
Shipping & turnaround
Printed-book logistics will be stated before book ordering opens.
When will my book ship?+
Shipping timelines will be shown before checkout when printed books are available. We will not ask you to guess at timing after you order.
Can I rush an order?+
Rush options are not available yet. If timing matters for a gift, contact us before placing a future order.
Where do you ship?+
We will say where we ship before anyone can order. We are not taking orders.
What if a printed book arrives damaged?+
Printed books are not for sale yet. If a future book arrives damaged, use the contact form. We do not have a live refund page.
[DRAFT] What if we are not happy with the printed book?+
[DRAFT, not published policy] If a printed keepsake arrives damaged, misprinted, or clearly not what you approved, contact us with your order details. We will make it right with a reprint or credit when the problem is on our side. Small color and finish differences between screen preview and print are normal.
Privacy & your child's data
Everdoodle is parent-led, private by default, and not built for advertising to children.
Do you sell my child's data?+
No. Everdoodle does not sell your child's artwork, photos, or account data.
Do you use my child's art for ads?+
No. We do not use a real family's artwork or a child's identity in advertising without explicit parent permission.
Does Everdoodle assess my child?+
No. We do not rate skill, infer development, or make claims about a child from their art. Everdoodle organizes keepsakes for parents.
What happens to my launch-list email?+
We use it to tell you when we open. We do not create a child account from it. A full privacy page is not live yet.
